UPPER EAST SIDE PIED-Á-TERRE

With the exception of a recently renovated kitchen, this project was a complete remodel of an apartment that had been largely untouched since the 1980s. The basic layout was functional, with a few needed improvements. We demolished a small office area to create a larger entryway and reconfigured the dining space to take advantage of the room's length, built out a walk-in closet for the primary bedroom and gut renovated both bathrooms. The style of the apartment was driven by our client's request for modern and avant-garde with bright, bold colors.
